For creators · Recipe Auto-Sync

Publish once. You’re submitted.

Connect your approved recipe blog or recipe Substack. New posts are screened for vegan suitability and sent to Kathy’s review — automatic submission, not automatic publication.

1

Connect your blog once

Your blog address is part of your order. Kathy approves each site once.

2

Keep publishing as usual

Once a day we check your site's feed for new posts — no logging in, no re-uploading photos, no forms.

3

New recipes go to review

Each new vegan recipe lands in the normal editorial queue with its photo, title and a link back to you.

The ground rules

  • Auto-Sync handles the submitting — it never guarantees publication. Every recipe gets the same editorial review as a free submission.
  • Vegan recipes as written, with your own real photos (no AI photography). Optional: also submit vegan articles, lifestyle posts and roundups for Explore review.
  • Only new posts published after your site is approved. Want your older recipes too? That's Archive Import, a separate one-time service.
  • Up to 20 new recipes a month — plenty for an independent blog.
  • Cancel anytime. It keeps running until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly), and your approved recipes stay up.
  • Free manual submissions are always free, with or without Auto-Sync.

Questions

Will every recipe I publish appear on Finding Vegan?

Not automatically. Auto-Sync sends new recipes to Kathy's review queue — the same standards apply to everyone, paid or free.

Does my whole blog have to be vegan?

No, but every submitted recipe must be vegan as written, not just offer optional vegan swaps. Fully vegan blogs are the simplest fit. Mixed-content blogs need Kathy's site approval and a clearly identifiable vegan collection. Automated screening can miss things, so each imported post stays pending for Kathy to check before publication. If your vegan posts cannot be reliably identified, use free manual submissions.

What kind of blog does it work with?

Supported websites with readable feeds or sitemaps, including many WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and custom sites. Kathy checks your site before Auto-Sync starts; there is nothing to install.

What if my site changes?

If we can't read your site for a few days in a row, Kathy gets a heads-up and we sort it out. Nothing already on Finding Vegan is affected.

What happens if I cancel?

Auto-Sync stops at the end of your current paid billing period, whether monthly or yearly. Your profile and approved recipes stay exactly where they are.

Rather do it yourself? Submitting recipes is always free. Have a big archive? Archive Import prepares your older vegan posts for review.
