For creators · Independently made since 2010
Every kind of plant-based creator, welcome.
Recipe bloggers, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube creators, podcasters, Substack and newsletter writers — you don't need a website to be here. Share a link to your post, credited to you, and the click goes back to wherever you publish. Submitting is free, always.
Before the algorithm, there was community. Finding Vegan helps real people making beautiful plant-based work find the people looking for it — and the click always goes back to you.
Auto-Sync: $7/month or $70/year · Founding price · Cancel anytime
Automatic submission — never automatic publication. Every recipe is still reviewed by Kathy, and paying never guarantees acceptance.

For new recipes going forward
New posts only. We check your blog or Substack every day and submit each new post for you. Your site needs Kathy's approval first.
$7/mo or $70/yr
How Auto-Sync works →All three go through the same review. Kathy places approved posts on the homepage or in the gallery, and paying never guarantees acceptance. Editor's picks and Finding Vegan Verified are free and never sold.
The easiest way in
New recipes, hands-free
Publish once. You're submitted. Auto-Sync checks your recipe blog (or recipe-focused Substack) once a day. When you publish a new vegan recipe, it arrives in our review queue by itself. It handles new posts from now on — older work is what Bring My Archive is for.
Connect once
Add your blog address and confirm the recipes are yours. That's the whole setup.
You just keep blogging
We check for new posts every day — via your feed, WordPress, or sitemap — so it works with almost any blog.
We handle the rest
New recipes arrive in our queue with photo, title, and link filled in. You never think about submitting again.
Recipe Auto-Sync — $7/month or $70/year
Founding price. Same service on either plan, up to 20 new recipes a month. Works with recipe blogs and recipe posts on Substack — not Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or podcasts (share those for free with the submit form). Auto-Sync submits; Kathy decides what gets published.

Manual submission — free
Being on Finding Vegan is free. Share a recipe photo, video, reel, podcast episode or newsletter post whenever you want. Free means editorial review, credit on your profile and a link back to you — not custom graphics, social posts or marketing work.

For established recipe libraries ready for a substantial Finding Vegan presence.
Live right away. Found for years.
Every approved recipe is live immediately: searchable on Google and across Finding Vegan, filed in categories and on your profile, sending readers back to your blog. Your strongest photos also earn a turn on the homepage, and Kathy hand-picks favorites as Editor's picks. Every recipe is still reviewed, and ordering doesn't guarantee a recipe is accepted.
Why not just submit old recipes by hand? Hand submissions are limited to 3 new posts every 24 hours, and the feed automatically spreads them out so no creator takes over the homepage. An archive order places each recipe in the feed at its original post date, so your whole back catalog is live and searchable at once.
What you get
Your older work, brought home
You send your blog address. We handle the rest — finding your recipes, resizing photos, skipping duplicates — and every recipe still gets the same editorial review as a free submission.
- Your newest recipes, brought over with care
- Each recipe gets its photo, title, and a direct link back to your blog
- A creator profile where every recipe is credited to you — and every click goes to your site
- Live as soon as each recipe is approved — no waiting in a queue
- Searchable right away: on Google and in Finding Vegan search, categories and your profile
- Your best photos earn a spot on the homepage, and Kathy can make any recipe an Editor's pick
- Duplicate detection — nothing already on Finding Vegan gets re-added
- Every photo is resized and optimized — no broken imports
How it works
Three steps, that's it
Send your blog address
Tell Kathy where your recipes live. The import starts with your newest vegan recipes and skips duplicates.
We bring them over
Each recipe's photo, title, and link get pulled in and optimized. No giant files, no broken links, no duplicates.
Reviewed, then live
Kathy reviews every recipe. Each approved one goes live right away: searchable, credited to you and linking back to your blog for years.
The rules
A few simple ground rules
100% vegan only
Every imported recipe must be fully plant-based — no meat, dairy, eggs, or honey. Non-vegan recipes are skipped.
Your own content
Only send a blog you own. By purchasing, you confirm the recipes and photos are yours and that Finding Vegan may share them (with credit and a link) on social media.
Real photos, no AI
Photos must be real — taken by you, or used with the photographer's permission. Imports that look AI-generated are held for review before going live.
One blog per purchase
Each purchase covers one website. Have two blogs? That's two imports.
Every recipe links back to you
Finding Vegan never republishes your recipe text — each post is a photo, a title, and a link to the original on your blog.
Kathy has final say
Every import is reviewed before it goes live. Recipes that don't fit Finding Vegan's quality bar may be skipped.
A slow, steady release
Imported recipes do not all publish at once. We release no more than 5 per day so each batch has room to be seen.
30-day money-back guarantee
Not happy with your import? Request a full refund within 30 days of your order — see our refund policy.
Questions
Do I pick which recipes?
Recipes are chosen automatically — usually your most recent posts, skipping anything already on Finding Vegan. It's the simplest way to get a whole batch live with zero effort.
What if I already have recipes on Finding Vegan?
Those are automatically detected and skipped — you get new imports, not duplicates.
How long does it take?
Import and review time depends on the size of your archive. Once reviewed, every approved recipe goes live right away and is searchable from day one. The homepage shows the strongest photos from everyone, so a big archive never floods it.
What if my photos are huge?
No problem — every photo is resized and optimized before import, so even a 17 MB image comes through clean.
Ready when you are
Publishing new recipes all the time? Recipe Auto-Sync sends each new recipe post to our review queue for you — $7/month or $70/year, cancel anytime. That's the easiest way in.
Got an existing archive? Pick a size above — 50, 200 or 500 recipes, live as soon as they're approved and searchable for years. Kathy receives an automatic order alert, then personally emails you within one day. And submitting recipes yourself is always free.
